Dr. Martina Mallery
Dr. Mallery had been practicing mainstream dentistry until she opened her mind to holistic/biological methods and concepts she came across in her private studies. As her independent research and interest in holistic/biological dentistry deepened, she began introducing these methods into her practice. She became a member of International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine, Holistic Dental Association, Fluoride-Free Network, and Holistic Network of Florida. Thanks to these organizations, Dr. Mallery was able to gain access to the vast databases of primary research studies that present compelling scientific evidence that certain common materials and
procedures have a potential of detrimental effect on the human body.
Today, Dr. Mallery is certified by the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology to safely remove and replace dental mercury amalgam fillings. She also removed all fluoride-containing materials from her practice and stopped recommending root canal therapy as a long-term definitive treatment. She continues her training and research into holistic procedures such as biological tooth extractions, ozone-based treatment modalities, reversing incipient caries, detoxification regimens, material compatibility testing, and screening for jaw bone cavitational osteonecrosis.
Dr. Mallery continues to study as well as scrutinize alternative dental treatment modalities
making sure her patients receive treatment in the most highly holistic, conservative, ethical,
safe, science-based, and health-promoting manner.
Dr. Mallery’s background and personal interests:
Dr. Martina Mallery was born and raised in Czechoslovakia. From an early age, Dr. Mallery aspired for a career in health care.
To attain her dream, Dr. Mallery first graduated with a dietary nursing degree from the top nursing school in Prague. She then immigrated to the United States, trained as a medical assistant and began working toward her goal of becoming a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).
Dr. Mallery attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas graduating in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. After that Dr. Mallery chose to attend the University of Southern California School of Dentistry, one of the premier programs in the country.
When Dr. Mallery graduated from the USC dental school in 2004, she had one son, Martin, and another son, Lucas, on the way. Dr. Mallery graduated in the top 5% of her class and was one of the first in her graduating class to pass the California dental board exam.

Upon graduating she joined one of the largest dental group practices on the West Coast. She expanded her skill set through continuing training and education, becoming proficient in advanced dental procedures such as complex root canal therapy, bone grafting, surgical extractions, implant restorations, and state of the art cosmetic procedures including same day computer aided design and milling of porcelain dental crowns.
Within a year Dr. Mallery was promoted to Partner and practiced at the flagship facility in Orange County, California for over three years.
Seeking a change of pace and desiring to care for patients in a private setting Dr. Mallery left California and settled with her family in Bradenton, Florida where she purchased a private dental office.
Today, Dr. Mallery and her dedicated team enjoy treating patients of all ages including small children and the very elderly in a setting that only a private family practice can provide.
