Meet the Team

Office Manager

Born in Richmond,Virginia, Rhonda found her way down to Florida and has been in dentistry for twenty-six years.  She enjoys interacting with patients and making them feel welcome.  She was excited when she found a holistic office to work for and is excited to learn the new and healtheir ways to keep a healthy body and mouth.  Her biggest surprise was how conservative holistic dentistry is when compared to mainstream dentistry.  She enjoys the opportunity Dr. Mallery gives her and the staff with continued education.

Rhonda has been married to her husband Jeff for ten years, between the two of them they have five children, Megan, Sarah, Brandon, Cody and Whitney.

Rhonda loves hanging out with her family and friends by participating in bonfires, camping, swimming and helping in the community alongside her church Grace Community.

Office Assistant

Our office manager Natasha grew up in Bradenton, Florida and attended Everglades University where she completed her Bachelor's degree in Alternative Medicine.  Natasha has always been interested in alternative treatments for her personal health journey.  She is new to dentistry, but she knows how important good oral health is in relation to overall health, she knows the mouth is the window to the rest of the body.

It has always been Natasha's passion to help individuals on their journey to better health as well as the mind body spirit connection.  She believes a healthy mind helps create a healthy body.

Natasha is the newest edition to the practice and we are excited to have her on board.

Certified Registered Dental Hygienist

Heather has been a hygienist since 2008, and is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association, and certified within the State of Florida to administer local anesthesia. She started her journey back in 1992 as a dental assistant in New Hampshire.  Wanting to get more education, during 2007 she went back to school to earn her Associates Degree in dental hygiene at Mount Wachusett Community College. While in school, she made the Dean’s list and was chosen in the Who’s Who of American Junior Colleges. Furthermore, earning the Hu-Friedy award in clinical excellence added to her abundance of accolades and education accomplishments. Since graduation in 2008, she once again began to work as a hygienist within the same private practice that began her journey in 1992.

In November 2015 Heather moved to Bradenton with her husband and absolutely loves this location! While going through the process of Florida licensing, she temp’ed as an assistant within a holistic office. This really fed a seed that had been planted since childhood, plus it re-lit the fire within her heart to learn and search for the healthier and safer options for my family, myself and the patients in her care.

During her free time, Heather enjoys her family, her Maltese, and anything to do with nature, travel and of course reading educational material while staying up-to-date with her love for holistic dentistry and dental hygiene. Other interests include bicycle riding, paddle boarding, and this year she and her husband are learning kiteboarding.
